Create an everlasting bouquet with our watercolour idea!
YOU WILL NEED:
White watercolour paper
Watercolour paints and soft brushes
Wooden skewers
Adhesives
1. Draw or trace flowers onto watercolour paper with a pencil. Select the watercolour paint shades of your choice and apply watery washes of colour over the petals with a soft brush.
2. Once the wash is dry, use darker coloured watercolour shades to apply definition and detail to the petals and the flowers’ centres with a fine brush, using less water.
3. Cut out your shapes, leaving a small white border around the edge. Attach to wooden skewers of various heights using strong tape or glue.
