YOU WILL NEED:
Craft essentials
Patterned paper, Pebbles Happy Hooray
Die, balloon
METHOD:
1 Take pink card, 21cm x 30cm. Whilst in a landscape position, mark 5cm up from the bottom of the left edge. Cut a diagonal line from the marker to the top-right corner and score vertical lines at 7cm intervals. Fold concertina style and add various patterned papers to each panel.
2 Cut out a sentiment, layer onto red and stick to the bottom of the first panel. Die cut balloons from different coloured card and adhere to the three panels using double-sided tape and 3D foam pads.
