• Punch six scallop-edged circles from spotty pink and yellow paper. Score between each scallop across the diameter until it is scored all around the circle.
• Cut out three small segments from the circle, concertina and glue in place to form a rosette. Glue a gem to the centre. Attach each rosette to a small bamboo stick so it can be used in cupcakes and other food items. Alternatively, use the rosette to make pretty card toppers!
