Punch six scallop-edged circles from spotty pink and yellow paper. Score between each scallop across the diameter until it is scored all around the circle.

Cut out three small segments from the circle, concertina and glue in place to form a rosette. Glue a gem to the centre. Attach each rosette to a small bamboo stick so it can be used in cupcakes and other food items. Alternatively, use the rosette to make pretty card toppers!
