Rainbow New Baby Card

YOU WILL NEED:
Punch, star
Alcohol markers
Patterned papers
Cardstock, various colours
Needle
String, silver
Acetate
Adhesives: glue, double-sided tape, 3D foam pads

METHOD:
1. Score and fold acetate, 5cm x 20cm, in half lengthways to make a blank. Print out a half rainbow, sentiment cloud and teddy motif. Use the rainbow as a template to create a blue background piece, then trim strips of blue, yellow and pink and mount them on top. Stick it to the front of the acetate blank using double-sided tape. Colour in the body of the teddy and add shading to the edges. Stick the bear to the bottom of the rainbow using 3D foam pads.

2. Shade in the edges of the cloud. Pierce three holes to the bottom-left of the shape using a needle. Punch out six tiny stars from blue, yellow and pink card, then fix three of them to lengths of silver string. Thread each one through the holes and tape the ends to the back. Stick the cloud to the top of the rainbow, then cut out a smaller cloud and glue behind the main shape. Adhere the remaining stars to the rest of the design.
