Has a new bundle of joy arrived? Craft this adorable 3D card inspired by a baby mobile in three simple steps with Kitty Frampton. Make use of delicate coordinating patterns such as gingham, stripes and tartan in pastel shades to bring a soft look to the design.

Craft essentials
Pebbles Lullaby paper collection
Pebbles Lullaby Baby Boy die-cuts

METHOD:
1. Layer tartan, then striped paper trimmed with white, to the front of a 13cm square white card blank. Stick a die-cut stork and sentiment to the front with 3D foam pads, then decorate with a bow and small buttons. Cut two 12.5cm square panels from gingham paper and glue inside the greeting.
2. Die cut six scalloped borders from white card. Trim a 26cm long strip of white card and score at 6.5cm, 13cm, then 19.5cm. Glue the strip 2.5cm down from the top of the card, with the fold sitting in the middle, un-glued.
3. Stick the scalloped borders over the top of the adhered strip, cutting slits in the bottom borders for the pop-up section. Attach die-cut motifs to twine and tie around the pop-up strip. Embellish with a sentiment and button.
