• Connect the Cricut Explore to a computer and log on to your Design Space account. Select ‘Cards’ from the categories menu and locate the ‘Mother Card’ project.
• The project makes a card measuring 4¼” x 5” (approx 11cm x 13cm). To create the project as designed, click ‘Make it Now’. To resize the project, click ‘Customise’.
• Resize the images as required by first highlighting the picture and then dragging the corner point. The size appears in a black text box as the image is altered.
• Cut the card from turquoise cardstock, inserting the scoring tool when prompted. Cut the insert from white card.
• Carefully glue the white insert to the back of the card’s front. Fold and crease the card using the scraper tool as a bone folder to reinforce.
TOP TIP: Use the scraper tool to apply the card to the cutting mat to ensure good contact and no air bubbles. Use the spatula to carefully remove the cut images from the mat
