• Adhere an 8.5cm x 11.5cm panel of cupcake patterned paper centrally to the top of a 10cm x 12cm blue card blank.
• Score lines at regular 0.5cm intervals along a 4cm x 18.5cm piece of cupcake patterned paper. Fold into a concertina and pinch in the bottom slightly to make a cupcake case. Glue this to a 7cm x 9.5cm rectangle of lime card and adhere to the top of the blank.
• For the icing, cut or punch five 2.5cm white circles and add to the top of the cupcake case. Cut a red paper strip in half lengthways and glue together to make a long strip. Cut this piece to a 1cm width and concertina at every 0.5cm to make a small rosette
• Glue the rosette to the top of the cake so it sits under the icing. Mount the 'Best wishes' motif on white card and fix to the bottom right of the lime panel. Add a red gem to the cherry and clear gems to the icing and motif.
