Double-dutch Birthday Card

YOU WILL NEED:
PaperCrafter essentials
Dies, alphabet
Punch, corner

METHOD
1. Take a 21cm x 30cm portrait card, draw vertical lines in from the left edge at 5cm, 15cm and 20cm, then a horizontal line 5cm and 15cm up from the bottom edge. Trim excess card to reveal an upside-down ‘T’. Score and fold 5cm square panels at the bottom, then repeat along the 15cm horizontal line.

2. Adhere sentiments to the square panels. Cover the inside with patterned paper. Trim a small square from red, then round the corners with a corner punch. Cut five candle shapes and secure. Die cut letters from yellow glitter card and attach. Pierce two vertical holes above each candle and add black thread to create wicks. Secure to the card and fix a trimmed sentiment with 3D foam pads.
