You will need: Craft essentials, Crepe paper, Glue gun, pom pom
1. Download and print the template, enlarging or decreasing it as desired. Transfer the template onto card and cut two cake slices.
2. Assemble the piñata using the two cake slices and a length of card for the sides. Leave the pointy end of one of the triangular panels unstuck so you can fill the box with treats, then seal.
3.Create mini fringe for the box using mint crepe paper for the top and back of the cake slice, and white for the rest. Apply double-sided tape to both faces and the side panel of the cake slice, then cover it with fringe.
4. Use scissors and pinking shears to cut strips of coloured card and a hot glue gun to fix them around the two white side panels of the cake slice. Cut out tiny strips of card and glue them on top of the cake. If you like, glue a small pom pom on top to finish.
