Top tip from reader Lesley Pyle

“My daughter bought me one of those toe separators that are used when putting on nail varnish - only I must have had a dozen knocking around already! The lightbulb in my head flicked on and I decided to repurpose them into small ink sponges.”

“Get a toe separator and cut it into four pieces. They’re ideal for inking card edges and there are two round-shaped pieces that are perfect for inking inner circles and round edges. The way they’re shaped, the ends act as mini handles too! Cheap as chips, and very easy to wash!”

Thanks for sharing your tip with us Lesley! We’ll certainly be trying it. Why not tell us yours? Email us at jennifer.ward@aceville.co.uk
