Decorate bland sheets of paper with alcohol inks. Simply, spritz your chosen card or paper with rubbing alcohol. While wet, randomly drop on coloured ink and let it dry completely. Apply a second colour using a flicking motion to achieve fine specks. Leave to dry, then repeat with a third colour in large drops and small splatters. Allow the ink to dry, then spritz with rubbing alcohol to finish.
